Throughout pregnancy I was often short on energy, and on time. Being able to apply the shower oil in the shower was both relaxing, and saved the effort/expense of heavy feeling lotions and creams. I used a combination of the scrub, washing with soap, and then applying the shower oil, and I managed to make it out with hardly any stretch marks or super visible sagging. When your body is getting bigger and changing by the day, having a few moments in the shower to make you feel luxurious, and take care of yourself are priceless!
